This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and ship large projects that are key to achieving product milestones.
  • Drive end-to-end design across multiple workstreams and partner teams.
  • Shape product direction by applying broad product and business context.
  • Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant.
  • Influence and evolve design systems and visual standards.
  • Use research and data to inform product strategy and evaluate tradeoffs.
  • Utilize AI as a core collaborator in design processes.
  • Mentor fellow designers and contribute to team initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in designing and shipping software products.
  • Proven ability to lead design for large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong strategic product thinking and communication skills.
  • Experience using research and data to inform product strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience redesigning workflows around AI.
  • Experience building AI-native products.
  • Track record of driving consensus with senior partners.
