Compensation:
$201,000/year to $278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of product designers, providing coaching and feedback.
- Drive design strategy across multiple product initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align design work with business needs.
- Establish high standards for design quality and mentor designers.
- Champion AI tools within design workflows.
- Recruit high-potential designers and future leaders.
- Communicate design strategy to executives and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
- 4+ years of experience managing product designers.
- Experience leading design strategy across large-scale initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows.
- Experience driving design systems adoption.
