Product Analyst, Product Quality and Experience

This role is based in San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$105,000/year to $156,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Identify and measure success of QA efforts through goal setting and monitoring of key product metrics.
• Apply technical expertise with quantitative analysis and data presentation to develop product quality strategies.
• Work with large data sets to solve complex problems using analytical approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and influence localization strategy.
• Represent key data insights in a meaningful way to QA leads and program managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics or data engineering.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and basic statistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with operations research, forecasting, or automated testing.
