This role is based in Menlo Park, CA with options for telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.

Compensation:

$176,801/year to $183,874/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Meta's cross-functional privacy review process for new products and features.
  • Facilitate discussion and coordination among product managers and privacy stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-functional IT programs covering various areas.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Provide hands-on program management throughout project phases.
  • Perform risk management and change management on projects.
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks and quality assurance.
  • Write code and develop software tools to support infrastructure.
  • Work with product managers to develop solutions to privacy challenges.
  • Track and document new product proposals and key decisions.
  • Communicate privacy decisions to the broader team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in privacy policies, regulations, or technology laws.
  • Experience in program management and organizing projects.
  • Familiarity with privacy by design principles and privacy tools.
