Principal Product Manager - Enterprise

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

• Identify significant opportunities in product areas and drive product mission, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Generate buy-in and drive consensus across organizations.
• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for web-based products.
• Integrate data and market analysis into product strategies.
• Drive product development with engineering and design teams.
• Define and analyze metrics to inform product success.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience working with engineering, design, and user research teams.
• Experience navigating the full product life-cycle.
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud or other customer support solutions.
• Experience building enterprise products.
• Experience building 0-1 products or platforms.
