This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$130,000/year to $182,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and deliver custom Impact Assessments for the Oversight Board.
  • Develop and maintain processes for tracking, reporting, and sharing impact metrics.
  • Proactively identify gaps in data availability and accountability for recommendations.
  • Support regulatory response efforts ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Run end-to-end dry runs and readiness assessments for regulatory requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on regulatory priorities.
  • Host workshops and educational sessions for stakeholders.
  • Provide support for Oversight Board and governance stakeholders.
  • Communicate findings and risks to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data development lifecycle.
  • Experience building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data science tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS, MS or MBA in a quantitative or policy/regulatory field.
  • Experience in policy research or regulatory compliance.
  • Understanding of research/analytics best practices.
