Compensation:

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional execution of high-priority mass production initiatives for consumer electronics.
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives by collaborating with key teams.
  • Ensure product cost, manufacturability, and quality goals are met.
  • Drive factory readiness with manufacturing partners for mass production.
  • Track and drive product cost targets throughout production.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or higher in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in an Operations-focused Program Management role for consumer electronics.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of product features, manufacturing processes, and supply chain.
  • Experience managing external suppliers and manufacturers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree (e.g. MBA, Engineering) with experience in management consulting or similar.
  • Experience leading development of multiple high-volume products.
