NPI Operations Program Manager

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$168,000/year to $234,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional execution of NPI and mass production initiatives for consumer electronics.
  • Establish and lead on-site bring-up and integration activities at factory sites.
  • Drive supplier and factory readiness activities to execute development builds.
  • Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate engineering risk and program status.
  • Lead tactical execution of go-to-market initiatives.
  • Liaise across engineering and cross-functional teams to meet product performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related STEM discipline).
  • 7+ years' experience in an Operations-focused role for a Consumer Electronics device.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of product architecture and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience managing external suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS in Engineering or MBA with a technical undergraduate degree.
  • 12+ years' experience in a technically oriented Operations Program Management role.
