Mechanicals Program Manager

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA and Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$134,000/year to $196,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Drive tooling, molding, and secondary operations to meet program objectives.
• Create and maintain program schedules, track progress, and manage risks.
• Direct resources to execute programs successfully.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply partners to meet targets.
• Drive engineering build and mass-production readiness for components.
• Assist in failure analysis and yield improvements.
• Travel internationally up to 20%.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years in manufacturing mechanical components in Plastics Molding and Tooling.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience launching consumer electronics products.
• Familiarity with global supply chains and project coordination.
• Knowledge of GD&T, data analysis, and statistics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with root cause analysis of defects.
• Data analysis using JMP.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience with various molding and manufacturing processes.
