Marketing Technology Manager

Compensation:

$124,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI evaluation frameworks, including model performance benchmarking.
  • Drive the integration of LLMs and AI agents into marketing technology workflows.
  • Partner with engineering teams to design and build data foundations for agentic marketing capabilities.
  • Ensure platform reliability and performance for scalable operations.
  • Support change management efforts to transition to agentic marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale platforms and integrate data sources.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience developing AI-powered automation or marketing AI agents.
  • Knowledge of LLMs and AI model evaluation.
  • Experience managing marketing technology platforms.
