Marketing Operations Manager, AI Technologies

Compensation:

$152,000/year to $213,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Deconstruct and map existing complex legacy marketing workflows and design streamlined, AI-native replacements.
  • Design the human-to-agent workflow and interaction model, defining where AI agents add value.
  • Manage the transition timeline from manual execution to an agentic workflow.
  • Establish baselines and a measurement framework to document current state metrics.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data science, and marketing teams.
  • Lead team training to prepare marketers with adequate expectations and skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in process and operations management, digital marketing, or systems architecture.
  • Proven track record of deconstructing complex operational processes.
  • Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows.
  • Understanding of campaign execution standards and digital marketing channels.
