This role is based in Mumbai, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Define multi-quarter market strategy and culturally resonant narratives for India.
  • Lead end-to-end Go-To-Market for product launches.
  • Establish creative strategy and oversee execution with external agencies.
  • Own media strategy and budget allocation across marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with retail and partners to enhance in-store experiences.
  • Monitor business health and escalate critical issues to leadership.
  • Manage budget planning and ROI prioritization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing or product marketing.
  • Proven ownership of market-level strategy and execution in India.
  • Experience with media strategy and performance management.
  • Strong creative strategy and agency management skills.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI tools for workflow optimization.
  • Marketing experience with hardware/devices.
  • Experience with India retail programs and partner GTM strategies.
