Manufacturing Program Manager - Data Center Design, Engineering, & Construction

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA, with responsibilities including:

• Program management to ensure cost, schedule, and quality in offsite manufacturing.
• Supplier production configuration and logistics coordination.
• Managing General Contractor coordinators for planning and reporting.
• Developing risk matrices and cost coordination.
• Regular debriefs and lessons learned communication.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams for alignment across design, engineering, and construction.

Compensation:

$150,000/year to $209,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Program Management.
• 10+ years in construction, manufacturing, or project planning.
• Experience in large-scale construction management and scalable manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with off-site fabrication and modularization.
• Mission critical and data center construction experience.
