Manager, Marketing Audiences

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA, with additional locations available.

Compensation:

$181,000 to $249,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Define and own the long-term strategy for AI-driven growth analytics and audience management.
• Lead and develop a team of marketing analysts and operations specialists.
• Evolve audience targeting and performance measurement through automation and AI tools.
• Identify and build reusable capabilities for audience targeting and experimentation.
• Define governance and risk frameworks for AI systems.
• Drive innovation in audience segmentation and personalization using advanced analytics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years in analytics, growth operations, marketing audiences, or data science.
• Demonstrated expertise in experimentation and audience targeting.
• Hands-on experience applying AI or automation to operational problems.
• Proven track record in scaling operational processes.
