This role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with additional locations including Menlo Park, New York, and San Francisco.
Compensation:
$180,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Shape Facebook’s brand and marketing strategies.
- Set the strategic vision and lead execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop cross-channel marketing initiatives.
- Align with Facebook Product Marketing to drive product engagement.
- Build alliances with stakeholders for unified execution.
- Model community-oriented behaviors and foster an inclusive organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing.
- 5+ years of people management experience.
- Experience building annual marketing plans.
- Utilizing consumer research to inform marketing strategies.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns across markets.
- Leading integrated execution across a matrixed organization.
- Influencing leadership and gaining executive buy-in.
- Bachelor's Degree.

- Experience leading consumer marketing for large-scale tech brands.
- Thriving in an ambiguous, agile environment.
