Manager, Facebook Brand Marketing

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with additional locations including Menlo Park, New York, and San Francisco.

Compensation:

$180,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Shape Facebook’s brand and marketing strategies.
  • Set the strategic vision and lead execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop cross-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Align with Facebook Product Marketing to drive product engagement.
  • Build alliances with stakeholders for unified execution.
  • Model community-oriented behaviors and foster an inclusive organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience building annual marketing plans.
  • Utilizing consumer research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns across markets.
  • Leading integrated execution across a matrixed organization.
  • Influencing leadership and gaining executive buy-in.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Experience leading consumer marketing for large-scale tech brands.
  • Thriving in an ambiguous, agile environment.
  • Tech sector experience.
  • Leading brand turnaround strategies.
