Compensation:

$196,000/year to $266,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative solutions.
  • Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented team of application managers.
  • Define and drive strategy to ensure third-party applications align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Establish clear objectives and performance metrics for software products.
  • Oversee vendor partnerships and optimize software budgets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Application Management in Sales and Marketing.
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineering and data teams.
  • Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience.
  • Experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • 6+ years of experience in hiring and managing individual contributors.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a data-center or consumer-focused technology company.
  • Experience leading architecture discussions involving third-party solutions.
  • Experience in consulting for Sales and Partner operations.
  • Experience integrating customer feedback into product requirements.
