Compensation:
$235,370/year to $250,250/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and productionize machine learning models for ad ranking, targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Lead and analyze A/B tests and offline experiments to evaluate model performance.
- Build and maintain robust, scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Author technical documentation and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 3 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Spark).
- Proficiency in Python and C++.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
