Linguistic Engineering Manager

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Linguistic Engineering roadmap, aligning with organizational AI objectives.
• Strategically plan and implement technical initiatives to advance AI voice assistant programs.
• Drive projects from conceptualization through launch and beyond.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team staffing.
• Mentor the growth of linguists and managers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• Experience with programming and data analysis using Python, Jupyter, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience managing technical teams.
• Master’s or PhD in Computational Linguistics, AI, or related fields.
