Linguistic Engineering Manager

This role is based in Hyderabad, India.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Linguistic Engineering roadmap, aligning with organizational AI objectives.
• Strategically plan and implement technical initiatives to advance AI voice assistant programs.
• Drive projects from conceptualization through launch and beyond.
• Communicate complex technical information to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team staffing.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, software engineering, or computational linguistics.
• 3+ years of experience managing a team.
• Experience with programming and data analysis using Python, Jupyter, and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in relevant fields.
• 5+ years managing technical teams in consumer-facing applications.
• Experience with AI/ML product development.
