Integrated Marketing Manager, Reality Labs

This role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with additional locations in Burlingame, CA and New York, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Apply analytical rigor and audience understanding to deliver effective marketing plans.
- Translate business objectives into marketing strategies in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales, and Insights.
- Deliver cross-channel marketing programs, including strategy, execution, optimization, and analysis.
- Develop audience personas and create innovative briefs to reach target audiences.
- Track campaign performance and provide data-backed insights.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale consumer campaigns.
- Experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience working with media and creative agencies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in consumer product categories, especially in technology and wearables.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving customer acquisition through digital and traditional media strategies.
- E-commerce and retail experience in consumer electronics.
