Infrastructure Supply Chain Lead (Capabilities)

This role is based in Fremont, CA.

Compensation:

$225,000 to $279,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and lead implementation to solve important challenges across Meta’s infrastructure supply chain.
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale Meta’s infrastructure supply chain capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver longer-term solutions to prioritized business, capability, and/or technical challenges.
• Engage with leaders across the supply chain team and cross-functional partners to understand key problems impacting the business.
• Maintain a broad understanding of industry and supply chain external developments.
• Lead design and implementation for complex solutions to deliver sustained supply chain capabilities.
• Influence key stakeholders and gain alignment on proposed direction and plans.
• Establish a data-driven approach to measure progress and outcomes.
• Effectively communicate to multiple stakeholders and teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in leading global supply chain teams in infrastructure or related domain.
• Experience in deploying end-to-end Supply Chain Solutions (ERP, SCM, PLM, etc.) in an infrastructure area.
• Experience with ERP Applications including Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Procurement.
• Demonstrated successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in partnering with manufacturers of compute, storage, network, and data center infrastructure.
• Experience architecting and implementing supply chain solutions for Hyperscalers.
