Infrastructure Supply Chain Lead (Capabilities)

This role is based in Fremont, CA.
Compensation:
$264,000/year to $342,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and lead implementation to solve important challenges across Meta’s infrastructure supply chain.
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale Meta’s infrastructure supply chain capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver longer term solutions to prioritized business, capability, and/or technical challenges.
- Engage with leaders across the supply chain team and our cross-functional partners to understand key problems and issues impacting the business.
- Maintain a broad understanding of industry and supply chain external developments to enable Meta to leverage best practices.
- Lead design and implementation for complex solutions to deliver meaningful, sustained supply chain capabilities.
- Influence key stakeholders and gain alignment on proposed direction and plans.
- Establish and develop a data-driven approach to measure progress and outcomes.
- Effectively communicate to multiple stakeholders and teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in leading global, complex supply chain teams.
- 10+ years of experience in deploying E2E Supply Chain Solutions in an infrastructure area.
- Experience with ERP Applications including Demand Management, Supply Planning, and Procurement.
- Demonstrated successful partnerships with stakeholders to influence and execute supply chain strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in partnering with manufacturers of compute, storage, and data center infrastructure.
- Experience architecting and implementing supply chain solutions for Hyperscalers.
