Location: Menlo Park, CA

Compensation:

$249,000/year to $323,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and solve important problems impacting company goals.
  • Build strategies and roadmaps with measurable objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and consensus across teams.
  • Drive and document progress against roadmaps.
  • Define quality standards and hold teams accountable.
  • Support recruiting initiatives, including interviewing.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Foster a culture of advocacy and consensus within teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design.
  • 8+ years of experience hiring and managing individual contributors and senior leaders.
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineering and design teams.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in data center infrastructure and capacity planning.
  • Experience in consumer-focused technology companies.
  • Experience building new products or ecosystems.
