Global Workplace Services Program Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale, strategic programs with activities spanning multiple teams and business partners.
- Drive program teams to ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner closely with executive sponsors to define scope, execute, and operationalize programs.
- Build alignment among key stakeholders and escalate critical decisions as needed.
- Identify and solve complex operational challenges unique to each program.
- Seek opportunities for efficiencies, alignment, and process improvement.
- Define program objectives and key results that ladder up to pillar and organizational priorities.
- Assemble and mobilize teams to achieve program objectives.
- Represent GWS with company leadership and external partners.
- Continuously refine and promote best practices for cross-functional program management consistent with Meta values.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, or similar roles in tech or business services.
- Proven track record of developing tailored strategic communications and presenting complex ideas to leadership.
- Experience leading meetings and driving outcomes, building partnerships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in change management and operationalizing programs with operational teams.
- Demonstrated success working with international and cross-regional teams.
- Highly organized, responsive, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Corporate Real Estate or Workplace Services organizations.
- Prior consulting experience.
- Experience leading global programs with cross-regional partners.
- Experience working in high-growth companies.
