Global Workplace Services Program Manager

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale, strategic programs with activities spanning multiple teams and business partners.
• Drive program teams to ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner closely with executive sponsors to define scope, execute, and operationalize programs.
• Build alignment among key stakeholders and escalate critical decisions as needed.
• Identify and solve complex operational challenges unique to each program.
• Seek opportunities for efficiencies, alignment, and process improvement.
• Define program objectives and key results that ladder up to pillar and organizational priorities.
• Assemble and mobilize teams to achieve program objectives.
• Represent GWS with company leadership and external partners.
• Continuously refine and promote best practices for cross-functional program management consistent with Meta values.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, or similar roles in tech or business services.
• Proven track record of developing tailored strategic communications and presenting complex ideas to leadership.
• Experience leading meetings and driving outcomes, building partnerships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in change management and operationalizing programs with operational teams.
• Demonstrated success working with international and cross-regional teams.
• Highly organized, responsive, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Corporate Real Estate or Workplace Services organizations.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Experience leading global programs with cross-regional partners.
• Experience working in high-growth companies.
