Global Supply Chain Manager - Power and Cooling Lead

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$151,000/year to $210,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead long term supply planning and optimize capacity utilization.
• Monitor lead times and production schedules, managing deviations.
• Identify supply risks and drive improvements through vendor assessments.
• Ensure operational readiness for new equipment and suppliers.
• Collaborate with construction teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Partner with demand managers to fulfill supply plans effectively.
• Manage supplier relationships for continuous performance improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience in supplier performance management and risk management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in networking, cloud industry, or related fields.
• Knowledge of power and cooling infrastructure.
