Global Supply Chain Manager Lead - Connectivity (Fiber, Non-Fiber)

Compensation:

$151,000/year to $210,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead creation of the supply plan, optimizing capacity utilization.
  • Publish build plan to suppliers and monitor production schedules.
  • Identify supply risks and drive manufacturing improvements.
  • Monitor geopolitical market conditions and supply/demand challenges.
  • Ensure operational readiness for new equipment and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with construction teams to resolve delivery issues.
  • Partner with demand managers to fulfill the supply plan.
  • Define category strategies with Sourcing & Quality teams.
  • Drive implementation of new capabilities and improve supply visibility.
  • Manage supplier relationships for continuous performance improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in Fiber and Cabling Infrastructure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management.
  • Experience in supplier performance management.
  • Ability to analyze information and drive solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with risk management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AI tools for workflow optimization.
  • Adherence to ethical AI practices.
  • Master’s in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Experience in supply chain fulfillment operations.
  • Familiarity with construction and greenfield site development.
  • Prior experience in networking or cloud industry.
