Global Supply Chain Manager - Connectivity Lead

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$151,000/year to $210,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead creation of the supply plan and optimize capacity utilization.
• Publish build plans to suppliers and monitor production schedules.
• Identify supply risks and drive improvements through vendor assessments.
• Monitor market conditions and ensure operational readiness for new equipment.
• Collaborate with construction teams to resolve delivery issues.
• Manage supplier relationships focused on performance improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience in supplier performance management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s in Business Administration or Engineering.
• Business knowledge in Fiber and Cabling Infrastructure.
• Prior experience in networking or cloud industry.
