Compensation:
$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead Global Process Improvement Initiatives through LEAN Kaizen events across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party logistics providers to implement improvements.
- Leverage technology and AI to optimize supply chain processes.
- Utilize data analytics to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
- Manage global projects with expected travel of approximately 25%.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
- Expertise in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Proven track record in leading process improvements.
- Experience with supply chain systems and data analytics tools.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
