Compensation:

$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Global Process Improvement Initiatives through LEAN Kaizen events across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party logistics providers to implement improvements.
  • Leverage technology and AI to optimize supply chain processes.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions.
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Manage global projects with expected travel of approximately 25%.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Expertise in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Proven track record in leading process improvements.
  • Experience with supply chain systems and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
