Finance Program Manager

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex finance projects & programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.
• Define and maintain project documentation for transparency and alignment of deliverables.
• Proactively manage risks and implement mitigation strategies to meet project objectives.
• Ensure processes are fit for purpose and lead documentation updates as necessary.
• Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Ability to independently lead complex projects.
• Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
• Understanding of business functions and finance processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Knowledge of process management methodologies.
• Project Management certifications preferred.
