Finance Program Manager

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex finance projects and programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
• Manage project documentation and ensure alignment of deliverables.
• Proactively manage risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of business functions in finance.
• Experience with process management and mapping.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI technologies and project management certifications.
• Knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma/DMAIC methodology.
