Finance and Business Operations Manager, Marketing

Compensation:
$162,000/year to $229,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Consumer Marketing organizations.
- Provide analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decisions across Demand Generation and Direct Response channels.
- Conduct analyses to drive sound investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend.
- Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across marketing, product growth, and decision science teams.
- Collaborate with central and horizontal Finance and Business Planning (FBP) teams to improve or automate core processes and drive adoption of AI tools internally.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in rigorous Strategic Finance, FP&A, Business Operations, or related analytical organizations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Experience manipulating data sets and working with system and analytics tools (e.g., Hyperion, SQL).
- Demonstrated history of building trusted business partner relationships at increasingly executive levels.
