Experimentation Senior Platform Engineering Manager

This role is remote, based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Support engineering managers and individual contributors.
• Influence organization-level strategies and roadmaps.
• Drive organization-wide initiatives.
• Develop understanding of experimentation domain for effective decision making.
• Provide mentorship and coaching for engineers and engineering managers.
• Drive engineering standards and quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience managing technical teams.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or relevant work experience.
• Experience leading impactful organization-level initiatives.
• Capability to mentor engineering managers and engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mathematical or statistical background.
• Machine learning infrastructure experience.
• A/B test experience.
