This position involves leading environmental compliance efforts from construction through operations for data centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead environmental compliance program efforts, including air permitting, biological surveys, and spill prevention.
  • Interpret and communicate technical environmental requirements and coordinate initiatives with external and internal partners.
  • Assess compliance findings and provide direction on investigations and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit technical reviews of reports to government agencies.
  • Develop training tools to support teams in meeting regulatory obligations.
  • Conduct compliance assessments and communicate findings.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in environmental compliance.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Effective communication of technical information.

Compensation:

$126,000/year to $179,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
