Compensation:

$99,000/year to $144,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business problems across multiple supply chain pillars.
  • Coordinate with internal and cross-functional partners to develop efficient solutions.
  • Gather and ideate system requirements to streamline processes for automation.
  • Collaborate with teams including operations, process engineering, procurement, compliance, and sourcing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar industry/role.
  • Experience with business systems and technical problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in business systems analysis.
  • Experience working in a supply chain operations environment.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
