Compensation:
$99,000/year to $144,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business problems across multiple supply chain pillars.
- Coordinate with internal and cross-functional partners to develop efficient solutions.
- Gather and ideate system requirements to streamline processes for automation.
- Collaborate with teams including operations, process engineering, procurement, compliance, and sourcing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar industry/role.
- Experience with business systems and technical problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in business systems analysis.
- Experience working in a supply chain operations environment.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
