Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical strategies for Spatial AI experiences.
  • Drive efficiency in training and deployment of multi-modal models.
  • Communicate and collaborate with clients and peer teams.
  • Stay updated on industry research and software development.
  • Manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Foster a work environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of software engineering experience, including technical management.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of managing managers, with experience leading teams of researchers and engineers.
  • Experience in recruiting and building technical organizations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in productizing Computer Vision or AI/ML technologies.
  • Technical leadership in machine perception domains.
  • Experience with hardware-software development projects.
