Engineering Manager - Computer Vision (Spatial AI)

This role is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical strategies for Spatial AI experiences.
- Drive efficiency in training and deployment of multi-modal models.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients and peer teams.
- Stay updated on industry research and software development.
- Manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Foster a work environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including technical management.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of managing managers, with experience leading teams of researchers and engineers.
- Experience in recruiting and building technical organizations.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in productizing Computer Vision or AI/ML technologies.
- Technical leadership in machine perception domains.
- Experience with hardware-software development projects.
