Employee Relations Data Analyst

Compensation:
$190,099/year to $203,280/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Deliver useful and accurate reporting to inform people-related strategies and policies.
- Partner with the lead Analytics Business Partner to deliver ad-hoc reports and maintain dashboards.
- Support tracking of case data in Salesforce and secure reporting with HR data.
- Manage concurrent projects with a global team to drive outcomes.
- Act as the data subject matter expert for Employee Relations.
- Build and maintain data tables and queries in HIVE for analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience in data analytics.
- Experience with SQL and Tableau.
- Skills in data management, modeling, and governance.
