This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA, with additional locations including Redmond, WA, Austin, TX, and Burlingame, CA.

Compensation:

$177,000/year to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Grow teams of domain experts to deliver components across system layers.
  • Manage a team of technology experts, focusing on their growth and career development.
  • Own the definition and metrics of work streams related to hardware bringup and optimization.
  • Lead integration of software components from multiple partner teams.
  • Drive optimizations for power and thermal management across the software stack.
  • Develop vision and strategy for the team while overseeing daily software development.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years managing a team of engineers.
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience in areas like BSP, Operating Systems, and Power Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialized experience in areas such as Kernel, Bootloader, and Drivers.
  • Collaborative experience in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing optimized embedded software for custom SoCs.
