Embedded Software Engineer, Connectivity/Wireless

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Compensation:

$177,000 to $251,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement software components across all system layers.
• Develop efficient drivers and services for constrained environments.
• Lead hardware bring up and optimization efforts.
• Debug complex system-level issues.
• Profile performance problems and drive optimizations.
• Integrate software components from partner teams.
• Analyze and debug firmware for various devices.
• Collaborate on wireless software stacks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience or PhD with 4+ years.
• 3+ years of embedded software development experience.
• Experience with large-scale C/C++ code bases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth integration.
• Embedded software development for consumer electronics.
• Familiarity with Java, Python, or Android.
