Compensation:

$232,000/year to $296,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and drive a data-backed framework for product and marketing investments.
  • Lead the end-to-end business unit, influencing product roadmaps and business strategy.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team of product marketing professionals.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
  • Build internal partnerships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Maximize ROI for a multi-million dollar budget.
  • Work with partners to drive product-market fit and prioritize audience use cases.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, or Business Strategy.
  • Proven experience in Product Marketing and global go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience leading diverse teams across geographical regions.
  • Ability to manage complex, ambiguous, and time-sensitive programs.
  • Deep expertise in app/software subscription and customer lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI practices.
  • Ongoing AI skill development and familiarity with emerging technologies.
