Compensation:

$147,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Work with large, complex data sets to solve product problems using quantitative analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Design and evaluate experiments to measure product changes.
  • Identify and monitor key product metrics to track performance trends.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and visualization interfaces.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics and shape product roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in product analytics or data science.
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages like Python or R.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ethical AI practices and causal inference techniques.
  • Ability to build self-service dashboards and visualization tools.
