Data Scientist Manager, Central Product Platform

This role is remote, with additional locations in Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY.

Compensation:

$206,000/year to $281,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Drive analytics projects end-to-end in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Inspire, lead, and grow a team of data scientists.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap using data insights.
• Work with large data sets to solve complex problems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in quantitative analysis and team management.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing analytics teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with analytic platforms and cross-company collaboration.
• Background in experimentation and survey research.
