Compensation:

$252,981 to $284,900/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data engineering team specializing in AI/ML solutions for operations.
  • Lead governance, adoption and impact measurement of advanced AI/ML models to automate and optimize global operations workflows.
  • Oversee the creation of scalable, analytics-driven backends for effective monitoring of AI deployment.
  • Partner with various teams to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Communicate results and insights to senior leadership, translating technical outcomes into business value.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in a related role.
  • Experience with data architecture, ETL pipelines, distributed systems, and AI/ML model development.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.
