Compensation:
$147,000/year to $208,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and own the data architecture for large-scale projects.
- Create frameworks to improve logging data efficacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to visualize key data insights.
- Define and manage Service Level Agreements for data sets.
- Implement security models based on privacy requirements.
- Design and launch sophisticated data models and visualizations.
- Optimize data integration problems using ETL patterns.
- Mentor team members by providing actionable feedback.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- 4+ years of experience working with data (e.g., data analyst, data engineer).
- 4+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, data modeling, and programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, C#).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a STEM field.
