Compensation:
$177,000/year to $247,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and own data architecture for large-scale projects.
- Create frameworks to improve logging data efficacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to visualize key data insights.
- Define and manage Service Level Agreements for data sets.
- Implement security models based on privacy requirements.
- Design and launch sophisticated data models and visualizations.
- Utilize optimal ETL patterns to solve data integration challenges.
- Optimize existing processes and code in production.
- Mentor team members through feedback and guidance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience working with data, including SQL and ETL.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, C#).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in a STEM field.
