Data Engineer

This role is based in Menlo Park, CA.

Compensation:

$222,254/year to $240,460/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Design, model, and implement data warehousing activities to support decision making.
• Build and launch sophisticated data models and visualizations for various products.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand data needs.
• Define and manage SLAs for data sets.
• Create frameworks to improve data logging efficacy.
• Implement security models based on privacy requirements.
• Optimize data pipelines and systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years of experience in data-related roles.
• Experience in ETL design and implementation.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages and SQL.
• Experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills to identify deliverables and gaps in data.
