Data Analyst, Global Operations

This role is based in Austin, TX and New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations, data science, engineering, and product teams to address complex business challenges through AI-first analytical strategies.
• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines, dashboards, automated reports, and self-service tools.
• Champion the adoption and integration of AI tooling within analytics workflows.
• Communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Explore and experiment with emerging technologies to advance analytics offerings.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, operations, product, engineering, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with Python.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML model development.
