Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end strategies and drive execution to achieve consumer marketing goals.
- Define and manage comprehensive outbound marketing strategy including audience identification and media planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Media, Insights and Analytics to build frameworks for testing across channels.
- Work closely with brand strategy and creative teams to ensure quality creative development.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of consumer-facing marketing experience.
- Experience in developing insights-based integrated marketing campaigns.
- Highly collaborative and adept at influencing cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from an accredited university.
- Experience working internationally on global brands.
