Consumer Marketing Manager, APAC

This role is based in Gurgaon, India, with additional locations available.

Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end strategies and drive execution to achieve consumer marketing goals, focusing on consumer sentiment and behavior.
• Define and manage comprehensive outbound marketing strategies, including audience identification and media planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Media, Insights, and Analytics teams to build frameworks for testing across channels.
• Work closely with brand strategy and creative teams to ensure quality creative development.
• Ensure alignment and flexibility across regional and global teams to scale impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of consumer-facing marketing experience in Consumer Tech/Product companies.
• Experience developing and executing data-informed marketing campaigns.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with strategic thinking and project management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows.
• MBA from an accredited university.
• Experience working internationally on global brands.
• Fluency in multiple local languages.
