Consumer Marketing Manager, APAC

Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end strategies and drive execution to achieve consumer marketing goals, focusing on consumer sentiment and behavior.
- Define and manage comprehensive outbound marketing strategy including audience identification and media planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
- Partner with Media, Insights, and Analytics teams to build frameworks for testing across the marketing funnel.
- Work closely with brand strategy and creative teams to ensure quality creative development.
- Ensure alignment and flexibility across regional and global teams to meet market-specific needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of consumer-facing marketing experience in Consumer Tech/Product companies.
- Experience in developing and executing insight-based marketing campaigns.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in dynamic environments with a balance of strategic thinking and project management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA from an accredited university.
- Experience working internationally on global brands.
- Fluency in multiple local languages.
- Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.
