Compensation:

$122,000/year to $177,000/year + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement compensation systems.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional documentation.
  • Support system testing and coordinate training activities.
  • Utilize Workday, BI Tools, and Excel to build and maintain reports.
  • Analyze compensation trends and provide data for business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation or related fields.
  • 3+ years of Workday experience.
  • Strong data analysis and Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
